The successful entrepreneur, building contractor, broker and certified real estate appraiser Mr. Nikolaos Kourtidis makes the big leap. He is joining the real estate giant “The RE/MAX” with Konstantina Dimitrova and the collaboration with three other associates and so in October of 2012 RE/MAX Choice is created! The journey begins with the opening of the office at Ofrinio Beach.

Moving to our new offices in Ofrinio Beach
After seven years of success, RE/MAX Choice is turning a “new page” in Ofrinio Beach. Faithful to our vision for continuous improvement in customer service, we are modernizing and upgrading. In May 2019 we are moving to our new, larger, more functional and modern offices. At the same time, begins the disposal of the new holiday houses, implemented by the construction company of our Group, in Ofrinio Beach and Kariani of Kavala, as well as in Asprovalta, Thessaloniki. The response of our customers is impressive, with the result that the first projects are sold out from the design phase.
Moving to our new offices in Kavala
About 4 years after the opening of our offices in the city of Kavala, we continue our vision to the next step. In August 2019, we are moving to our new, modern and functional offices, in the most central part of the city, on Erithrou Stavrou str, next to “GALAXY” hotel. Our goal is to offer the citizens of Kavala upgraded, high level real estate services, framed by the support of the company’s legal and technical department.

Donation of medical supplies to the hospitals of Kavala - Drama - Serres during the outbreak of the pandemic of the COVID-19 virus as the minimum sample of our gratitude to the medical and nursing staff for the admirable unselfishness they showed in the difficult battle against COVID-19. Seeing the considerable growth prospects in the real estate market on the emerald island of Thassos, we opened in June 2020 our 6th office in the island’s capital, Limenas.
The Kourtidis Group and its companies are evolving and renewing, redesigning their image and repositioning themselves in the market, emphasizing all the quality characteristics and power.
The group's digital image is being renewed and adapting to new technology. By creating the websites of the companies from the very beginning, the group integrates all the modern digital tools and additionally upgrades the RE/MAX Choice website.
2021 is a milestone year as a great vision is now in progress. The infrastructure for the ambitious project, Alexandrou Chora, has already started and all necessary approvals and permits have been completed.
The GIS operation officially starts in the same year. It is the 6th company of the group with exclusive expertise in the major investment sector. In addition, an upgrade of the group's after sales department is carried out in the same period, creating an exclusive VIP SERVICES department to provide all clients a full range of high quality services, both before and after the sale.
2022 is an anniversary year for RE/MAX Choice as it completes 10 years of growth, development and success. In the context of these successful years, a spectacular conference was organized having as a main topic The Power of Goals.
Τhe first annual reception with all the group's clients and investors invited is held with great success, in the summer. The glamorous event was a great way to say thank you to all those who have trusted and supported us all these years.

Παρουσιάστηκαν επιπλέον όλες οι υπηρεσίες και τα έργα της Kourtidis Group, κάνοντας έτσι γνωστό σε όλους πως ακολουθεί τη δομή της κάθετης ολοκλήρωσης, με δραστηριότητα στους τομείς των Κατασκευών, του Real estate, των Επενδύσεων και του Hospitality.
As a highlight of the collective effort and actions of the company over the years, RE/MAX CHOICE ranks 1st in sales for 2022 in the RE/MAX Greece network, while for the first time in Greece, a team of Real Estate Consultants of company wins the Titan's Club Award.
In addition, the group's vision and strength continues to grow as it proceeds making moves and purchases in the areas of Nea Iraklitsa, Kavala and the island of Thassos.
2023 is marked as the year of growth and innovation. The group now counts 52 residential complexes with 1,161 residences under construction and investments in all the areas in which it operates.
At the same time, works start on The Dolphin, the major project of Kavala. This is the first building to be designed and reconstructed on the basis of sustainable architecture.
In the same year, RE/MAX Choice is a pioneer in the commercial sector and becomes the first part of RE/MAX Commercial in our country, thus offering the ONE STOP SHOP in this sector as well. An important award is also that of RE/MAX Europe, which chose the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Choice, Nikos Kourtidis, as the Ambassador for Europe for the next two years 2023 - 2024.
Innovative for Greek standards is also the Group's new service, KOURTIDIS AUCTION, that is currently being launched. The Kourtidis Group is entering a new digital era, creating an online auction platform.
The Group continues to innovate with the creation of the Kavala Experience app. The app offers a different kind of tour experience, as everything the visitor wants to know, he is able to hear from his personal guide, in a unique audio environment!
